Seeking investment value of $10 million

 Project Summary

We have cracked the code on actually making money brewing craft beer and are looking to expand nationally before listing on the ASX.

We have a unique, proven business model protected by patents, technology and deep know how that delivers craft brewery venues at 1/4 of the capital cost. We build, own and operate these venues controlling each step along the way.

Join our multi award winning team on the journey as we bring our passion to life.

Project description

Good craft beer is both an art and science and is commanding an ever-growing share of the $623 billion global beer market. Craft beer currently accounts for less than 20% of the total beer market but has real problems scaling because in doing so, inherently it stops being craft. The way craft breweries normally scale is to enter the crowded can and keg market where margins are low and the multinationals have a significant advantage.

The highest margin in the industry is when the beer is sold by the pint at the brewery cellar door. The problem for most breweries is that they only have one of these.

Limestone Coast Brewing has a unique patent pending protected business model that is addressing both these issues, and in doing so is turning the industry on its head.

Where Limestone Coast Brewing is unique is that we have cracked the code on maximising profits by splitting the brewing process, creating multiple cellar doors where we are actively brewing on each site, all based around a central plant.

We call it the HUB and SPOKE model Each venue is making unique craft beer on site and hits the brief as a craft beer venue for 20% of the capital cost, 5% of the operational cost and 20% of the space of a traditional craft brewpub.

To date we have proven both the business model and the science that makes it all work Our HUB and SPOKE model is fully operational in Perth WA, won WA Small Business of the Year in 2020, and we brew award winning beers in our own venues and also for some well-known and highly regarded national craft beer brands.

Investment opportunity details

We are looking to expand our footprint in Perth, and replicate our model in both Brisbane and Melbourne. We have key contracts in place ready for expansion and are seeking both debt and equity to facilitate growth.

This investment is our past pre IPO round. Upon successful execution of our current expansion plans we will be seeking to list on the ASX. This will provide liquidity for investors who may wish to capitalise on our upward trajectory and from a company perspective, access to capital markets to finance further national and international growth plans.
