Project Summary (Excerpt)
A unique opportunity to invest in a diversified national portfolio of both childcare businesses and real estate
Project Description
Jarra Childcare Trust (the Fund) presents a compelling opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of Australian childcare businesses and real estate, targeting a combination of income and capital growth. It appeals to investors looking for stable income and potential capital growth from an essential service industry, with a long history of unwavering government support.
Investment Opportunity Details
The Fund will allocate at least 50% to acquiring, developing, and managing high-quality childcare real estate assets, providing predictable income and strong asset backing, diversified by tenant and geography. The childcare business investment will involve the rollout of a childcare operating business which will establish itself at multiple locations over the next 5 years.
Jarra Childcare Trust’s investment thesis is underpinned by four key components: a dual investment strategy spanning childcare real estate and operating businesses, an experienced management team, strong long-term industry fundamentals and a clearly defined exit strategy, with an IPO as the primary pathway to realise portfolio value.
