Investment opportunity details

Go Kart tracks are a popular but under-promoted segment of the leisure industry, offering members of the public the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing in a controlled and safe environment The sport caters to both sexes and all age groups In addition to “arrive and drive” customers – there is a substantial corporate market. We then add more memorable activities such as theme park style attractions. Accommodation, food beverage and then run it as a professional corporation rather than a Mum & Dad hobby we can replicate the model and expand rapidly across the nation. The result is increased shareholder value and increased returns for investors. This standardised professional operation will enhance customer satisfaction and increase the lifetime value of the customer. That in turn increases value and returns which feeds back into the customer satisfaction loop and the cycle continues.
