Seeking investment value of $71-$100 million

Echo Marine Group invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and like-minded investors interested to partner with us by investing into the design and manufacture of a series of purpose-designed superyachts by Echo Yachts. This series of specially designed and built Australian superyachts will be made available for purchase to qualified buyers in the Australasian and world-wide market as an alternative to European and US shipyards far removed from this region geographically.

Echo Marine Group are Australia’s most diverse award-winning full-custom ship building, refit, and maintenance company spanning the luxury, commercial and defence sectors. Our custom luxury superyacht manufacturing brand Echo Yachts is responsible for having delivered the largest superyacht ever built in Australia, also being the largest aluminium and largest trimaran superyacht in the world. Our company operates purpose-built waterfront shipbuilding facilities within the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) in Henderson, Western Australia.

Unique attributes of our company and team include many decades of in-house management, design, and trades experience, combined with a proven track record of delivering innovative full-custom monohulls, catamarans and trimarans skillfully crafted in aluminium, steel, and composite hull materials to the highest standard of engineering and finishes.

A series-build program will realize significant build cost efficiencies that cannot be achieved with one-of-a-kind custom builds through the commonality of design, multi-vessel material and equipment procurement power, and ability to forward sell vessels ‘off the plan’ with more attractive delivery timeframes to reduce shipyard and investor financing costs through the build process.

It is envisaged investors funds will first be applied to the design development of this new series of semi-production superyachts including market research, concept design and detailed design to be production ready. Then, fund or underwrite the build of the first superyacht whilst it is simultaneously marketed for sale during the build. Return on their investment will be realized through profit share and potentially full brokerage listing rights (additional sales commission income) based on Echo Marine Group delivering the vessels for a modest fixed-fee builders’ profit, which (when combined with the above-mentioned multiple vessels build cost efficiencies) would deliver a larger than normal return on investment for the investor.

Investment scope and magnitude is open for discussion.
