Seeking investment value of $41 - $70 million

Forrestdale Business Park East (FBPE) is a 190-hectare site located at the intersection of Tonkin Highway and Armadale Road. It provides a high-quality industrial environment for businesses to build, relocate or consolidate operations. With diverse lot sizes, it accommodates commercial, mixed business industrial enterprise and general industry activity. It has NBN access and is ideal for businesses looking for easy access to major transport routes. Recent developments include plans for showrooms, workshops, offices, transport depots, and more.

Bounded by three major arterial roads (Tonkin Highway, Armadale Road and Ranford Road), FBP is providing an ideal base for businesses looking for easy access to the airports, ports and other major road transport routes.
