Seeking investment value of $8 - $10 million

Project Summary

LanoWrap is an eco-friendly corrosion protection system (If it’s not green, it’s not clean) designed to safeguard steel piles, inground pipelines, steel structures, valves, concrete, and marine piles in harsh environments, using environmentally sustainable materials. Sourced and made from Australian Lanolin oil.

Utilizing environmentally conscious materials and practices, LanoWrap aligns with eco-friendly principles. It minimizes the use of harmful chemicals and employs sustainable coatings and encapsulation methods to ensure long-lasting protection for marine and mining piles, pipelines, and fixed structures.

The system is adaptable to various configurations, including cylindrical and H-Pile piles, as well as irregular surfaces like support members, bracing, and brackets. Its versatility allows for comprehensive protection of a wide range of structures, including underground pipelines.

LanoWrap is backed by an experienced team well established in the requirements of business and in the field of corrosion protection.

An initial capital raise of AUD $850,000 to $1 million is planned for LanoWrap implementation, with additional fundraising efforts to raise up to $10 million for expanding business capacity and capability. The business structure has already been established for raising capital, having financially audited accounts and share options available. We are ready for expansion, investor guidance, and partnership.

NDA required to provide more information.

Project description

Shorewater Marine Pty Ltd is progressing field validation of its LanoWrap corrosion protection system across multiple marine infrastructure sites in Western Australia. The system is currently in Year 2 of a five-year monitored field trial program, with interim results confirming stable performance in active marine and site environments and no observed early-stage degradation.

The project has advanced from prototype validation to operational deployment, with installations now being assessed for long-term durability, environmental performance, and suitability for broader commercial rollout. LanoWrap is designed as a sustainable alternative to conventional petroleum-based corrosion protection systems and aligns with WA’s focus on asset longevity, environmental stewardship, and local manufacturing capability.

Shorewater Marine is continuing to develop the system for wider application across ports, jetties, energy infrastructure, and coastal assets, with future opportunities for local production scaling and export into other markets.

Current Status:

Active field trials and performance monitoring underway in Western Australia.

Next Milestones:

  1. Continued monitoring through Years 3–5 of the trial program
  2. Expanded installations across additional marine asset types
  3. Commercial rollout planning and industry adoption pathway

WA Economic Relevance:

The project supports local infrastructure resilience, creates opportunities for WA-based manufacturing and service delivery, and contributes to environmentally responsible asset protection solutions for the State’s coastal and port infrastructure.

Full Production Commenced
