Designed by CCN Architects in collaboration with an internationally recognised serviced apartment and hotel operator, the project will provide a contemporary, high-quality accommodation offering aligned with international serviced apartment standards. The hotel will comprise a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom serviced apartments, supported by guest amenities including reception facilities, business lounge and meeting spaces, gymnasium, on-site parking, and landscaped communal areas tailored for extended-stay corporate travellers.
